As the Owner I was lucky enough to have my first exposure to television when I was only in middle school and was able to get hands on experience with cameras, switchers, audio equipment, and character generators. In High School I was able to learn television in a more formal setting taught be an amazing teacher that had worked in the industry and a media staff that built much of the television studio and programming from the beginning in the early 1970’s.

Luckily these people had built a fantastic facility not only for students but also the public. Shortly after building the facility they asked the local cable company for channel capacity for PEG (Public, Education, and Government) access.

Unlike most young people my first job was with the local Public and Government Access channel. I spent years televising countless local government meetings, parades, and community events. Believe it or not in the late 1990’s PEG access was able to remotely broadcast on cable television from multiple locations around town without the use of the Internet. Without a built production vehicle or ready to go road case everything needed to be engineered for every production.

I continued to expand my education in television in college and earned an associates of business science in radio and television broadcasting and production.

I continue to volunteer my time to help produce the annual holiday parade and high school graduation ceremony every year for the community that gave me my start.

I have consulted for PEG access providing resources and recommendations on current equipment.
